Hemiko are recruiting for a Customer Revenue Specialist to lead and manage projects.
In this role you will work closely with the Contract Management and Customer Services Teams to support the business manage its customer income recovery. With over 10,000 customers on their District Heat Networks, you will work to ensure their processes are delivered to reduce their customer debt levels.

Energy & Heat Network Senior Officer (Liverpool - hybrid)

The successful candidate will support Riverside’s Head of Shared Spaces and Compliance and manage their Heat Networks, Heat Supplier or Operator contracts covering Communal Heating, District Heating and ESCO contracts, ensuring their responsibilities in relation to the management of Heat Networks are delivered and are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations, including Tariff setting and Billing services.

O&M Site Manager (Bristol)

Hemiko are recruiting for an O&M Manager with responsibility to provide management of sites and operational projects to ensure all sites are operating well. Projects will range from single site boiler room and energy centre installations or servicing through to large new build and retrofit district heating schemes.
This position will differ from conventional management in that you will be given the opportunity to ‘own’ a project with involvement in pricing of additional works alongside the required scheduled O&M services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operation and maintenance services across the fleet of heat networks. They are looking for someone who has a valid commercial gas certificate, with experience servicing and repairing commercial boiler equipment. Experience maintaining and operating commercial non-gas plant, e.g., pumps, valves, strainers, would be beneficial. The role will be varied, undertaking PPMs, reactive call outs, planned repairs and project work, to further improve reliability and network efficiency across the fleet of networks.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Hemiko are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Commercial Gas) reporting to the Lead Commercial Engineer.
Specifically, the successful candidate will have a strong competency within the commercial gas field, with 3+ years working as a Commercial Gas Engineer. They need to have experience servicing gas boilers of various manufacturers, and able to fault find and replace parts comfortably. Experience in district heating networks is preferred but not essential.
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

The nominal location of the post will be Sheffield, but they will consider other office locations in London and Carlisle. The role is to support the design and growth of heat network infrastructure in the UK so you would also be expected to visit prospective client sites and active construction sites throughout the UK from time to time, as necessary.
